Yes, for eligible patients within the service area when medically appropriate and available.
What languages are available?
The website is available in English, Russian, Hebrew and Spanish. Professional live medical interpreter services may be available in additional languages.
Do you accept insurance?
Participating plans will be listed as network participation is confirmed. Patients should verify individual benefits and network status.
Can I pay without insurance?
Yes. Self-pay options may be available for eligible services, with applicable pricing communicated before the visit whenever possible.
Can FirstWay Health prescribe medications?
Yes, when medically appropriate, including routine refills and medications commonly used for many everyday health conditions. Some prescriptions require additional evaluation, records or testing.
Can you order labs or imaging?
When medically appropriate, the provider may order or coordinate testing. Outside facilities may bill separately.
What if I need a specialist?
FirstWay Health can help coordinate referrals when appropriate. Insurance referral requirements vary by plan.
What if I need emergency care?
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. FirstWay Health does not provide emergency medical services.
